Peter Enns and Stephen Chapman had a conversation last month on the topic “Is the Bible Ever Wrong?” at Duke Divinity School. The conversation was sponsored by the Socratic Club at Duke.
You can download it here. (Mac users: option+click to save; Windows users: don’t even get me started). You can also stream it if you click on the link. Be warned: the audio file is large so will probably take circa de 15-30 minutes to download.
I assure you, it’s well worth it.
For those of you in the Philly area, Pete will be doing the lecture he did at Messiah earlier this fall at Eastern University on 15 November. Go here for more information. It will be free to students of Eastern, $10 for others, and $50 for TRs (checks payable to me).
Enjoy.

That was a pleasure to listen to…both are excellent scholars and had some good insights. Some of the answers at the end were very good.
